It takes a lot to get all these maestro’s on one song. Well a good job done to the Ikonz boys. The original of this song was dope but the remix is fierce. it’s a must listen as everybody on it is trying to prove a point. The remix features the man himself Sarkodie, Captain Planet (4X4), Trigmatic, Guru, Bra Kevin Beats, Okra Tom Dawidi and of course the Ikonz boys. A good one there and who killed it? Check out the music video as directed by Nana Kofi Asihene.

Last week Sunday, Mildred Ashong aka Eazzy become the first Big Brother Africa housemate to boycott the live eviction show and later received immense disapproval across Africa when she told Big Brother and her lover, Keitta, that she was not getting on stage for the eviction show because her hairstylist couldn’t provide her with Brazilian wig.

In a press conference last week Friday, Eazzy told the media about her experience in the Big Brother Stargame house to which $300,000 was up for grabs but first apologized for disappointing her fans.

Eazzy disclosed that there were two things that didn’t make her give in her best.

“First I was thinking of my emotional situation at hand. My relationship with Keitta was real. And it was the first time we were gonna be separated for a long time. Zainab wasn’t really an issue even though I had my concerns. I also didn’t want to go on stage to avoid questions of IK”, she said.

“Secondly I had pending issues that had to do with my music career so I had a lot going on in my mind”, she continued.

The eviction of Eazzy also came as a blessing. Her song, 'Wengeze' has picked a lucrative licensing deal in South Africa. Also right after she landed home, Tottenham Hotspur F.C. striker, Emmanuel Adebayor recruited her to join his charity project he will be embarking on soon.

Even though she had a 'bad hair' day, Eazzy might launch a line of hair cap wig for her fellow ladies to avoid situations like the one she went through.

Eazzy still denied having sex with Keitta in the Big Brother House and described the video floating on the internet as ‘make-up’ even though she did 'naughty things' in the house and was also very careful about exposing her nudity.**

Any fan of music and specifically Ghanaian music might have witnessed an inclusion of female mcee who is currently making waves all across Ghana with a hit single “No be Alo”. Her inclusion into the rap game could somehow be termed as quick since from no where her songs were heard all over. She therefore joins the likes of Eazzy, Mzbel, Itz Tiffany and others but my concentration lies somewhere else.

With no disrespect to her management 2131, the song which brought Lousika to limelight “No bi Alo” featured another beautiful singer Kankam formally known as Kayci but lo and behold, very little is known about this wonderful Afro Pop singer.

Born Steven Kankam and a brother to Stars of the future season 4 winner Bertha, Kankam has featured on so many great songs such as “Desire” by Andy Dosty which features Trigmatic and the all popular song “No bi Alo”. In what seems to be an “ungrateful” attitude, on no occasion has this beautiful singer been called upon by Lousika or her management to perform this hit track together and reference is not even made of him (which is not compulsory on the team’s part).

Although, Kankam hasn’t lamented on this issue, I found it as an independent writer very interesting since this would have been a big platform for him to also sell himself as a brand to the general public who are much in love with the tune (not to make him a scavenger though). What baffles me is the fact that, everyone who sings the song goes like ” Ino be alo lo lo lo lo” and reference is made to Lousika.

In an early morning tweet to find out why everyone was mentioning the name of Lousika when the song was played and no emphasis placed on Kankam, Lousika who seemed to share that idea was the first to retweet. Perhaps,

I can in no manner blame the management of Lousika perhaps kankam has refused to take advantage of this hit single to push himself out there as well. I therefore wish Kankam well in his chosen field, music and to Lousika, soar high baby because the sky is the limit.**

The Queen diva has refuted the writing saying she never used such words in her song.
Although, attempts were made to contact her via her twitter handle to find out whether she used the “P*ssy” in her latest single earlier, she refused to answer until the publication came out.
Kaaki recently took to twitter to explain what was actually said in the song,
t’s now left to any individual to listen to the song and analyse.

If his statement of apology to Zainab and the rest of Africa for his actions in the Big Brother Stargame wasn’t enough, Ghanaian comedian and disqualified housemate, DKB, has decided to go an extra mile to compose an apology song.

The comedian intends using this medium to prove to Ghanaians and Africa at large how remorseful he is and his take on the issue of violence. The song, which is an embodiment of DKB’s total and final apology is also an initiative to touch on gender violence and its repercussions and he is hoping it would send out a clear message to all to avoid any form of violence against either men or women in the society. check out a preview of the below

Rumor reaching OMG! desk from the Volta Regime Camp has it that, the main artiste, Edem, is working on a new single with US rapper Black Rob.

According to OMG! Ghana source, Edem with his management and GhCoptic have been working on this for some time now and it has finally materialized.

The said song is to be produced by Coptic who has produced beats for big acts like Notorious BIG, Diddy, Jermaine Dupri, Snoop Dogg and Gucci Mane among others. He has likewise produced beats for Black Rob, a former signee of P. Diddy’s Bad Boy Record label.

Black Rob aka Robert Ross, who fell out of Bad Boy Records in 2010 is now signed onto Duck Down Records and released his latest album in 2011 called “Game Tested, Streets Approved”

If this joint track does come out, Edem will be the first Ghanaian rapper to feature a widely known international act and join other Africans like D’Banj and the P-Square duo who are currently enjoying massive international exposure. **

Call him the ‘Undisputed incredible one’ and you will not be wrong, having the thoughts of how this short black boy – Mister Incredible, has mesmerized the Ghanaian music lovers in less than seven months back dating from T-Pain show to Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and then fast-forward to the 30th of June 2012 at the Dome then you understand that big things certainly come in small sizes.

In a phone conversation with Xgh tv, MI opened up that for the first time, he will be doing songs from his two albums, meaning that the night will be an ‘atmosphere of experience’.

When asked on the situation in the Choc Boys camp in regards to Ghana meets Naija, he had this to say, ‘we are fully ready, we are sure that Naija will win the day and I am sure that with me, Brymo and Jesse Jags touching down Accra, our fans will have worth for their money. The night will be great. Big ups to Bola Ray and the Empire family.’

The conversation tolled further insight on why Ice Prince wouldn’t be around, he responded, ‘Ice is currently in London for a show but Ghana meets Naija is one show he has been eager to be on. So I hope he may come to Accra’; so the confirmation there.**
